What is the format of ownership at River Vista?
RV lots at River Vista are sold fee simple with a limited warranty deed to the lot. Owners may buy their lots outright or mortgage them. Each lot is surveyed and boundaries are marked with iron pins. River Vista is not a membership or timeshare resort. However, all lot owners are required to become members of the Community Association and pay monthly and other association fees.
