When inspections are conducted by an appointed Texas licensed professional engineer, this form should be completed by the engineer and submitted to the Department. A form, WPI-1, Application For Windstorm Inspection, should precede the WPI-2. Once all forms are submitted to the Department by the engineer, the Certificate of Compliance will be mailed to the persons listed on the application as persons of contact.
