What is the Form and manner of submission of quarterly ER-I and biennial ER-II returns , their time limit?
Ans: Quarterly return shall be furnished in form ER-I within 30 days of the due dates, namely 31st March,30th June,30th Sept.&31st Dec. Biennial return in form ER-II should be furnished once in two years. (viz.by Public Sector employers in even years and by Private Sector employers in odd years. This return is to be furnished within 30 days of the due date i.e.30th Sept.
