What is the folder tracking function and how to use it?

When browsing a local folder (as opposed to a network drive), FastPictureViewer constantly monitors the folder’s content – including deeply nested subfolders – and grabs any file that gets added in real-time. You never need to “exit and reload” the folder just because a few files were added, loosing your flow in the process. Newly copied files will be inserted in the current image list at their place, according to the current sort order, i.e. either alphabetical or by file modification date. When the tracking function is active (tracking is enabled/disabled by pressing the T key on the keyboard) the program automatically displays the last image that was added to the folder. The applications are only limited by your imagination! For example, it would be possible to broadcast the images through a projector in near real-time as they are shot, when shooting tethered or with a WI-FI enabled camera, or just display them in full screen on a secondary monitor at the customer’s attention.
