What is the focus of ADBs support for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Aceh and Nias?
ADB’s support is provided through four different channels: • The Earthquake and Tsunami Emergency Support Project (ETESP), which is a $290 million multi-sector grant facility to support 5 sector groupings and 11 components: • livelihood (agriculture, fisheries, small and microenterprises) • social (education and health) • community infrastructure (housing, rural water supply and sanitation, irrigation • physical infrastructure (spatial planning, roads and bridges, power) • fiduciary governance • A contribution of $10 million to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund. • Loan funds totaling $51 million for 10 projects for which the geographic scope has been changed to include Aceh.
