What is the floor plan like at Heron Cove?
Heron Cove has an open living room with tall ceilings. In fact, the entire center of the house is open for two stories. On the main floor is a one-bedroom master suite with a bathroom accessible from the bedroom and the foyer. Also on the main floor are the gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, and deck. The upper floor has an open stairway and a walkway from one side of the house to the other, with breathtaking views through the two-story windows to the beach. There is one king bedroom and one twin or double bedroom upstairs, along with one full bathroom. Every bedroom in the house has a view of the water and a private deck! Downstairs is the bunkroom, complete with 4 single beds, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a sitting area with a sofa, TV, and DVD player, and laundry facilities.
