What is the flexitime scheme, how does it work and who is it open to?
The overall aim of the scheme is to allow participants to work in an effective way, which will benefit both themselves and the university. It will help to promote a healthier working arrangement but will ensure that the needs of customers and the university are met. The Flexitime scheme may not suitable for all schools / departments or all categories of staff due to the nature of the work carried out.
