WHAT IS THE FITiST CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUP CLASSES?
Our cancellation window is 24 hours before the start of a class. However, some studios may have a different window (please see notes upon booking). If a member cancels a group class within the appropriate time frame, the class will be credited back to the member’s plan. If a member cancels after the window closes, the class will not be credited. All classes purchased through the last-minute deals portal are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled.
