What is the Fit Test & Consult?
The Fit Test is an introduction to Boot Camp. Your coach will put you through a Light Fit Test where we will take you through some basic boot camp exercises and record your reps/ times. We don’t care what the numbers are, they’re strictly for pre/post-camp comparisons and undeniable proof of progress at the end of camp. We will also record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 2-4% reduction in your body fat and a loss of several inches over the first four weeks! Remember, the more consistent you are the better your results will be! Lastly, we will answer any questions you may have, go over a typical day, and cover your Max Body Success Journal.
