The Service is proposing to adopt the “no action alternative” that is no land exchange in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed land exchange in the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge. The Draft EIS proposed exchange of 110,000 acres of Refuge lands in the south-central portion of the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge for an equal-value amount of lands within the Refuge boundary owned by Doyon, Limited.
