The grant was originally provided on 12/7/07. LEI expects 2 reports per year: June 30th & December 31st each year of the grant (2008, 2009, 2010). For reporting purposes, County reports are due by mid May and mid November to meet the deadlines to Lilly Endowment. Each County’s fiscal year begins with the first receipt of grant funds.
