FIRST Step (Freshman Integrity, Responsibility and Success through Teamwork) The School of Business is committed to helping new business students learn the importance of team work and ethical decision making in the business environment. The F.I.R.S.T. Step is a hands-on course in which freshmen will learn to apply their knowledge and skills to address particular problems or challenges in the Miami community.
