First Call Parts provides first contact service. Our response time is within 1 hour by telephone. If our service technician cannot resolve the issue over the telephone, then we forward the service call on to the local Siemens Field Service engineer who will address the issue onsite. There is customarily a 4 hour onsite response time once the Siemens Field Service engineer has contacted the facility.
