The Conference will underwrite 100% of financial support for the pastor of the new faith community (Owen) the first year, 66% the second year and 33% the third year. The Conference will also provide additional financial support to launch this new faith community which—like The Peak—will become financially self-sufficient and will grow to help support/launch other faith communities over time.
