FCF, or Financial Contingency Fund, is a pool of money allocated by the Welsh Assembly to the University to help students in excessive hardship. Currently, within Disability and Dyslexia Service, FCF is mainly used to pay for diagnostic assessments for Specific Learning Disabilities and associated health conditions, conducted by our contracted Educational Psychologists and other external assessment specialists.
