What is the final strategic project?
The final strategic project is the culminating feature of the TRIUM Global EMBA program. It is an integrative exercise, which gives participants the opportunity to apply the concepts and techniques learned throughout the program to the analysis of a concrete project. The project is carried out by self-formed groups and the deliverable is a thoroughly developed proposal on a strategic corporate initiative. The final report will be presented to a ‘board of directors’ during the final module. The analysis underlying the proposal must reflect the same rigorous academic standards that prevail throughout the TRIUM program.
