What is the final process like, how do we close?
We’re always here to help you through this process. One thing to keep in mind is that we will not close on your home until everything is complete and a certificate of occupancy is issued. We meet together with you to “walk through” the home one more time to show you how everything works. We schedule a time for you to meet with any tradesman who can help explain their products. We will give you detailed instructions about customer service policies, warranties, maintenance schedules, repairs and more. If there are any matters that we need to address or help you with, we immediately start attending to those needs. We can assist with scheduling movers, we help set up your utility accounts; we’ll even stock your refrigerator for you!
