WHAT IS THE FINAL FAIRNESS HEARING?
The Court will hold a Final Fairness Hearing to consider whether the Settlement should be given final approval as fair, reasonable, and adequate, to determine whether judgment dismissing this Litigation with prejudice should be entered, and to determine what amounts to award Class Counsel and the Class Representatives. If objections have been received, the Court will consider them at that time.
