In December 2006, the City’s consultant completed a Response to Comments document. The document includes responses to comments on the Draft EIR raised during the public review period, and contains revisions intended to correct, clarify and amplify the Draft EIR. The Draft EIR and the Response to Comments document together constitute the Final Environmental Impact Report for the project.
