· The file format used for the real tones is MP3. · In order to download and play a real tone the customer’s handset must support MP3 file formats. Steps to Download a Ring Tone 1. Go to web services in the phone menu and select Digicel Live. OR Go to web services in the phone menu and enter the address wapdigicel.com 2. Once on the Digicel Live page, navigate to and select the Ringtones + Downloads link. 3. Click on the Ringtones folder 4. Click on a Category 5. Click on the tone to be downloaded 6. Select the type of ring tone; either real tone or polyphonic 7. Click on download. The ring tone will start downloading. Once the download has been completed select save.
