The FIFRA Endangered Species Task Force (FESTF) is composed of 14 crop protection companies with pesticide registration requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Membership in FESTF is open to those companies affected or potentially affected by endangered species pesticide registration requirements under FIFRA that are promulgated in order for EPA to satisfy Endangered Species Act (ESA) requirements. Seats on the task force are held by Albaugh, Aventis, BASF, Bayer, Dow Agrosciences, DuPont, FMC, ISK, Monsanto, NuFarm, Nissan, Syngenta, Uniroyal and Valent.
