Field Experience Teacher Education (FETE) is a structured sequence of 3 one credit courses, providing better opportunity for increased learning for students as they complete their required pre-student teaching hours. FETE includes 3 requirements for course completion: • Field experience • Written assignments • Participation in on-line (caucus) discussions Students who are preparing to become teachers are required to take FETE if they started at a college/university after Fall of 1998, or if they are earning their teaching certificate as a Post-Bach. (Graduate) student.
