What is the Festival of Books?
The Festival of Books is a wonderful free event sponsored by the LA Times and held at UCLA typically in April. (This year is it April 25/26th. It’s free to go but most people should be prepared to pay the steep $9 parking fee at UCLA.) It currently is the largest book festival in the United States in the country and attracts more than 130,000 people each year.
