What is the fee to rent event space at the Arena?
Each special event has different function space needs and production requirements.Therefore, once we have confirmed availability and determined your event needs, the facility fee and an estimate of expenses will be provided. The facility fee includes use of the space for a designated time and includes house utilities, basic equipment such as, tables, chairs and staging. Expenses may refer to but are not limited to the labor and staffing required to operate the event and housekeeping. Additional fees may include catering, audio visual services,tech labor and parking. If special effect sound and lighting are requested, such as the use of the center-hung scoreboard video screens or LED ring, additional rental fees will apply.Your Event Coordinator can also recommended vendors for specialty needs for production,audio visual, décor, linens, centerpieces, etc.
