What is the fee to license my company?
The initial license, which will expire on December 31st of that year, costs $1100 for your principal location and $500 for each branch location. Renewal licenses cost $550 for the principal location and $250 for each branch location. If you add a branch after the initial license is issued, the cost is $500 per branch. The branch license will be set up to expire at the same time as the principal location license.
