What is the fee structure at Family Success?
Our fees are $120 per hour for therapy, including the initial visit. Group therapy is $60.00 per session. Testing is charged at the same rate per hour as therapy, as are reports or phone consultations. Our policy on payments has been developed to ensure that the highest quality service is available to you, thus we keep things as simple as possible. We require full payment at the time of each session. Payments can be made in cash, with check, money order, Master Card or Visa credit cards. A finance charge of 1.5% monthly, 18% annually will be added to all past due balances.
