Ans. Games that are not received at one of our Distribution Centers within 7 business days of a members cancellation date are considered unreturned. As per our Terms of Service, Gottaplay charges either the retail price of the game or $50.00 (whichever is greater). If the game is returned to us within 60 days, we will refund the unreturned game fee.
