What is the fee for a personalized license plate?
The registrant is subject to payment of the standard registration fees based on the vehicle type, plus an annual additional fee. The annual additional fee for a standard personalized license plate or for a personalized motorcycle license plate is $50. In addition to these personalized license plates, Alabama offers personalization for many types of distinctive license plates, and the annual additional fee may vary.
