What is the fee for a Comprehensive Eye Examination when not covered by government insurance?
A fee of $90 which is payable by a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card or cash. Personal checks are only accepted if they are personalized and with proper identification. Most private insurance medical plans will reimburse you for your costs. Please consult your Insurance Administrator.
