What is the fee and payment procedure for an office visit?
The charge for the initial visit is $150 and is 80 minutes in length. The charge for all follow–up visits for a fifty minute session is $100. The charge for an eighty minute session is $150. Payment is by cash, check or credit card (Master Card / Visa) at each office visit. Make checks payable to Rebecca Bode, Ph.D. Overdue accounts will be charged a late fee and may be submitted to collection. Please notify Dr. Bode if any problem arises during the course of therapy regarding your ability to make timely payments.
