Refunds for registration fees may be given if your cancellation request is received by A-S-K Associates, Inc. no later than May 14, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. CST. A $100 fee will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given after that date. Attendee substitutions may be made provided a written release from the original registrant accompanies the substitution. There are no exceptions.
