What is the Federal Work-Study program?
The Federal Work-Study program offers you the opportunity to work approximately 8 hours per week. If Work-Study funds are included in your financial aid award, the amount indicated represents maximum possible earnings. It does not guarantee you a job, as jobs are competitive. If awarded Work-Study, you may view available jobs at: Work-Study Positions. Paychecks will be disbursed directly to you in accordance with normal payroll procedures and cannot be used to defer your bill.
