What is the Federal Registry System?
The Facility Registry System (FRS) is a US EPA database that identifies facilities, sites or places subject to environmental regulations or of environmental interest. Facility data is consolidated from many different US EPA sources (water, air, and solid waste programs), including the National Emission Inventory.
