What is the FDNY Disaster Assistance Response Team Program?
The primary function of D.A.R.T. is the management and continued development of a collaborative program, managed by a DART Committee of firefighters, with the purpose of assisting individuals, families and communities during times of disaster. DART will assist the American Red Cross of Greater New York at major disasters both locally and nationally.
