What is the FCS dress code?
We feel that the dress code is an important part of the school program because the dress code influences THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE SCHOOL. Our goal is to have our students look sharp and modest. The dress code also develops a sense of what is appropriate dress in public. A business casual style is most appropriate for school. The dress code enhances school spirit. FCS enforces its dress code. All students and parents must fully accept the dress code and must cooperate with the school in expecting our students to follow it. We have found that the most effective way to achieve our goals in the dress of our students in the 6th 12th grades is to require them to wear uniforms. The K3 5th grade girls wear modest dresses or skirts and the K3 5th grade boys wear appropriate shirts, and slacks or jeans. School uniform style shorts may be worn in summer and spring. The 6th 12th grades wear uniforms. The girls must purchase their skirts though the school uniform company. Boys may purchase their unifo
