What is The Fauna Project association?
The Fauna Project association wants to support furry music. It is a group of volunteer members organized in what is called a Verein in Germany. Essentially, that’s a non-profit low-profile incorporated society. The society was founded in October 2005 and currently has about a dozen members. Our first goal is to produce an audio CD, the Fauna CD, which this web site is all about. We hope to lure some of the great musicians in the furry community out of hiding and provide new acoustical food for furries everywhere. The last CD of this kind, Furry Fantasies II, was created almost seven years ago, and the people who were involved back then are largely involved this time, too. But the last EuroFurence and other events have shown that there are more and other talents in the fandom. The Fauna Project would like to support all of that, and provide a way to publish your songs and music. And with style, too.
