Believe me when I say that if you do the Atkins diet for 7 weeks you will lose about 40 pounds. The first two weeks is the hardest but you can do it. Eat meat only for 2 days. Then you can add a small salad the each day after that. Eat lots of meat…. bacon, steak, hamburgers…. just throw away the bun. No ketchup,tomatoes, sugar, peas, carrots or bananas. Lots of water! Lots of water!…. No sugar…. No carbs… after the 2nd week, you can add berries… strawberries, blueberries. Only butter…no margarine…. 1 slice of bread a day…You can snack on prok skins and sour cream.
