What is the fastest, safest, and healthy way to lose weight?
Good diet and exercise. That’s the only healthy way to do it. And don’t think it doesn’t work, you just need to do it right. Good diet is lots of different fruits and vegetables and water to drink (not soda, and especially not diet soda), and it isn’t a smaller milkshake or one less slice of pizza. Exercise is more than a half hour a day (technically a half hour is the least amount of exercise you should get every day). And I do mean real exercise, like jogging, running, push ups, etc. Try regularly going to a gym if there’s one nearby. This is the only real healthy way to do it. And don’t turn to diet pills. They might slim you down, but it’s the most unhealthy way to do so. You could be thin but if you did it with pills you’re still as unhealthy as you were when you were overweight, and that’s important too. Good luck.
