What is the fastest man-made mechanical object rotation speed? And also the fastest angular speed?
The fastest man-made rotational speed I have come across is the dental drill, believe it or not. A typical drill rotates at 500,000 rpm, but some advanced versions rotate as fast as 800,000 rpm. These are significantly faster than a jet engine, hard drive, or electromechanical batteries (magnetically levitated flywheel in a vacuum).
