What is the fastest and cheapest way to add value and curb appeal?
I agree with Liz and I would add that dark mulch will create a well maintained appearance and is a cost effective enhancement. Edging with a weed-eater around the drive and sidewalk helps as well. I always replace the homeowners door mat with a new one and you would be surprised how many homeowners do not clean their glass, clear away the cobwebs, and pressure wash the concrete if it is stained.
