The worksheet is designed to assist you in completing the FAFSA. This should not be mailed and is used to assist you with completing the FAFSA online. Click here to print the FAFSA worksheet. For a checklist of the items you will need to complete the FAFSA visit FAFSA then click on Getting Started/before you apply. Then on the right hand side choose ‘What documents do I need to fill out a FAFSA’.
