0

The Faculty Development Advisory Board (FDAB) became a standing committee of Northwestern in April 2005 based on a recommendation from the Faculty Evaluation and Development (FEAD) Task Force. The primary objectives of the board are to gather data concerning faculty development, gain information concerning needs of Northwestern’s faculty, increase awareness of those faculty needs, promote faculty development, and collaborate with faculty to design and provide opportunities for all faculty members to enhance their skills.
