If the donor males are 6-8 weeks of age, relatively healthy, and the sperm vials were properly maintained in storage using liquid nitrogen then the success rate is nearly 95%. If the frozen embryos were from relatively healthy donor females 4-6 weeks of age, and the embryo vials were maintained in storage using liquid nitrogen, then the success rate is nearly 90%.
