The export process is the automated process by which all of the individual fields get combined into one field to produce the ‘biography field’, which is what you see in the printed Directory. Additionally words are automatically abbreviated, and punctuation, formatting codes such as (bold) and subheaders such as ‘Book and Book Awards:’ are added.
