Our Senior Manager Legal, has over 10 years of experience. Holds an LL.M. (2002) from NYU Law School, NYC, USA and an MBA from UK. He has wide and extensive experience of working as an associate with law firms and corporation in New York City and Washington. Extensive experience and a leadership role on research, analysis and application of U.S. Federal, State and Circuit courts decisions and drafting of factual memoranda, legal opinions, state statute surveys, writing appeals and court briefs. He also has experience of drafting and vetting of entire gamut of commercial contracts relating to software and equipment loaning of fortune 10 company, including a multi-billion dollar post merger contracts integration management project. Admitted to the Bar in India.
