What is the expected turn around time from submission to receipt of my notes?
Turn around time varies depending on the amount of submissions we have in the system and the number of notes that are submitted in the specific batch in question. Since we certify notes on a first-in first-out basis, a large submission may slow down the system. Typically, turn around time is between two to three weeks.
