Strengthening What Works has several goals. The initiative seeks to identify and target the promising practices in the field and evaluate them, as well as share promising practices with the rest of the field so that there is the potential for these programs to be replicated or learned from. LTG Associates, with assistance from the grantees and RWJF support, will lead the process of dissemination of findings.
