Turf companies are now giving eight-year warranties on their product but the life of the field is expected to be longer than that. The current turf has only been on the market eight years. Marshfield High School has the oldest field with this product in the state. Entering their 9th year, they report minimal wear and tear and anticipate 5 more years of use.
