The embedded EEPROM memory may be written up to 10,000 times with no data loss. Data stored in the EEPROM will be retained for at least 10 years. EEPROM programming must be limited to -25° to 85°C for a guaranteed 10 year data retention over the -40° to 85°C operating temperature range.
