What is the expected completion date for the entire ROYAL PALM ESTATES?
The entire Royal Palm Estates development is a 1600 hectare project which will become the new town centre for the area. Royal Palm Estates consists of three phases: • Palm Lakes Estate, Palm Lakes Corporate Park and Palm Lakes Office Park • The first Beach Estate • The second Beach Estate Palm Lakes Estate is thus one of three sections of phase one only and this first residential estate consists of 5 phases (PL 1-5) • PL 1 consists of 613 residential opportunities (units). Services have been completed and only 150 stands remain unsold. • PL2 is expected to be rolled out from 2010. Sales are on-going. • PL3 – 5 are expected to be rolled out from 2012 – 2015. These sections are Currently not for sale.
